Here is a quick question before we delve further. You’ve used a ride-hailing service like Uber or another one before. Right? Have you ever questioned how the system works given that Uber clearly owns nothing other than the technology and the app while the driver is the sole owner of the vehicle? Let’s go back to it now. What about a platform that enables you to run a restaurant or hotel from your house without going broke, hiring staff, or paying exorbitant rent for a hotel room? Introducing PIEME, the solution, which is like the Uber business model.

PieMe is a platform that connects users to real, regional food, whether it be in eateries or private homes. It is the first social platform of its sort for foodies. PieMe is designed to decentralize the restaurant sector and generate millions of jobs, much like how Uber decentralized the taxi industry and Airbnb decentralized the hotel industry.
With a presence in Uganda and Nigeria in addition to being formally inaugurated in Kenya, at North Muthaiga which is currently home to the Nairobi operations and will soon be joined by Nakuru, Mombasa, and Kisumu.
